Subscription Parcels (Physical Mail)
Because each Peachy Parcel is assembled, printed, and mailed specifically for you each month, we're unable to accept returns on physical subscription items once they've shipped.
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please reach out within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement item or a credit toward your next month.
To report an issue: email us at hello@peachyparcelsco.com with a photo and your order number.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
We ship via USPS First-Class Mail. Once a parcel leaves our hands, we aren't able to control delivery times or guarantee arrival dates. No tracking available for first class mail (Mail Club). All other products - If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please wait 3 business days (mail does occasionally go on adventures) and then contact us — we'll do our best to help.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address on file. Please make sure your shipping address is always up to date in your account.
Digital Products
Digital items (PDF newsletters, wallpapers, playlists) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no guilt, no hard feelings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months in an active billing cycle.
For prepaid subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month), cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund months already billed.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed.
