1. Who We Are

Peachy Parcels Co. LLC ("Peachy Parcels," "we," "us," or "our") is a Louisiana-based subscription and creative goods company. By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription or product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

2. Our Services

We offer two subscription tiers and physical/digital goods:

  • Peachy ($6/mo) — Digital newsletter PDF, curated playlist, and (a digital delivery sent on subscription (renewal) day)
  • Peachy Parcels ($22/mo) — Printed newsletter, exclusive serial-numbered art postcard, die-cut sticker, and The Postmark (a digital delivery sent on subscription (renewal) day) -  playlist + PDF delivered digitally on ship day) · Mailed monthly

We also sell individual products through our Shopify store and Etsy shop.

About The Postmark: The Postmark is a digital email delivery sent to all active subscribers on the day physical parcels ship. It contains that month's digital content and is sent after parcels have been dropped at USPS — both tiers receive it at the same time.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month).

  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each cycle
  • Prices are listed in USD
  • We reserve the right to update subscription pricing with advance notice to active subscribers
  • Prepaid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) are billed in full at time of purchase

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@peachyparcelsco.com.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time in an active cycle
  • Prepaid plans stop renewing upon cancellation but do not refund already-billed months

5. Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details. In general:

  • Physical subscription items are non-refundable once shipped
  • Digital items, including The Postmark, are non-refundable once delivered
  • Damaged or missing items will be addressed on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Peachy Parcels Co. — including artwork, illustrations, newsletter text, photography, branding, digital wallpapers, and The Postmark — is the exclusive intellectual property of Peachy Parcels Co. LLC and may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

The exclusive art postcards included in the Peachy Parcels tier are created for subscribers only and are never sold separately.

Personal, non-commercial sharing (posting a photo of your parcel on social media, for example) is always welcome.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including your shipping address and payment details. We are not responsible for missed or undeliverable parcels resulting from outdated account information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.

8. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed. The gifting party is responsible for ensuring the recipient's address is accurate at the time of redemption.

9. Limitation of Liability

Peachy Parcels Co. LLC is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers (including USPS), acts of nature, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the subscription or product in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
