How It Works
Peachy Parcels ships once a month. Every parcel is assembled by hand and mailed during the first week of each month. You're not just getting a package — you're getting a letter worth waiting for.
Ship Dates
Parcels go out during the first week of each month. If you subscribe before the monthly order cutoff, you'll receive that month's parcel. Subscriptions placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month's send.
Our first-ever mail date is June 5, 2026 — orders placed May 1–20, 2026 are guaranteed in that inaugural send.
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS First-Class Mail from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
- Most US addresses: 3–7 business days
- Rural or remote areas may take a few extra days
Tracking is not always available with First-Class Mail. If you need confirmed tracking, please contact us before your next ship date and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date in your account before the 1st of each month. We cannot redirect parcels once they've been handed to USPS.
To update your address: log into your account or email us at hello@peachyparcelsco.com at least 5 days before the ship date.
International Shipping

Rates & Delivery
- Flat rate: $5.00 USD per shipment
- Method: USPS First-Class International
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on your country and customs processing
Customs, Taxes & VAT Once your letter leaves the U.S., it passes through your country's customs system. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes assessed on arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not collected by Peachy Parcels Co. and we have no way to predict or refund them.
Lost or Delayed Mail International mail can occasionally take longer than expected, especially during holidays. If your letter hasn't arrived after 30 days, send us a note at hello@peachyparcelsco.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel is in USPS's hands, delivery is outside our control. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of the expected ship date, reach out and we'll look into it together.
One note on the Legal Notice: Some states/countries require a physical street address rather than a PO Box for legal notices. Since you're primarily serving US customers, your PO Box is fine for now — but if you ever expand to EU customers, you may need to add a direct contact address. Just something to keep in mind down the road!
